Mencap

CREW worked with, a wide range of our staff, from graduates to people who have a learning disability.

The training was intense and challenging, yet the enthusiastic and energetic CREW team were able to make the learning accessible to our staff across their range of ability and they supported our staff through any difficulties they encountered.

The outcomes for our team have been spectacular. Each member of staff is now confident and comfortable, with their skill bases having increased tenfold.

Staff have learnt to trust and support each other, to relax and have fun, whilst staying in control.

As a team building exercise this was a massively successful undertaking, blending old and new staff members and helping to create a dynamic, motivated and effective staff team.

Overall CREW training has been a brilliant option for empowering our team, I would highly recommend it for anyone!!
